Our organisation Traffic Fine Law is based located in Johannesburg in Sandton by Dave Malone. He started the "Traffic Fine Assessment Kit " as he was tired of receiving bogus invalid fines in the post. After in depth legal research he discovered his rights where completely violated in terms of the South African constitution and in accordance to the public prosecutors guidelines set out by the Director of Public Prosecution.

Our business focuses on illegal and unlawful traffic fines issued to all South African motorists, our priority is to expose the Metro Police for their illegal behaviour and to assist and advise the public on legal matters, and procedures.

The Metro Police are not following the protocol set out by the South African constitution and guidelines set out by the director of public prosecutions and only concentrated on making money by any means. Our aim is to expose the situation and to warn the public of their actions.

It is estimated that over 95% of motorists that get speeding fines in the post, and never ever ask questions or even attempt to challenge the validity of these issued fines.

We keep up to date with current legislation providing fresh advice. The new AARTO system has officially been launched in Feb 2009 and will be in full effect in 2010 with the demerit point system active.

Our organisation has had many satisfied customers, who have used the "Traffic Fine Assessment Kit" successfully in cancelling their invalid traffic fines. Many of these fines would never even made it to court, yet many of these fines were posted to the public with full knowledge that they were invalid, in hope that they would be paid unchallenged or questioned.
